Hourly Rates
Hourly rates are based on the type and complexity of the service and may range from $20
for non-computer related services to $60 for complex database creation. Exception:
$2.00 per Notary Seal
Initial quotes can be provided via email or phone. However, depending on the project, a firm quote may be required after receipt of the material. This affords us an opportunity to view the material and provide you with a more accurate quote. Ensuring you receive a quote tailored to your particular needs.
After the 1st hour, rates are billed in 15-minute increments rounded to nearest quarter hour at the end of the billing cycle.
Monthly Retainers
We also offer an affordable retainer contract for regular services on a monthly basis. Payable up front, these contracts provide a discounted rate of 10% - 20%, with a 2-hour rollover from month to month. The rush
charge may not be applicable in most cases. A signed agreement is required for monthly retainers.

A detailed monthly report is provided on all services,
at no additional charge.
New Clients. A 50% deposit is required for jobs, with the balance due upon project acceptance and delivery.
Monthly retainer. Invoices are due and payable by the 1st of the service month.
Rush Charge. Jobs requiring a 24-hour
turnaround, holiday or weekend service are charged an additional $25.
Expenses. Clients will be invoiced for all additional costs, such as copies, shipping, postage, long distance charges, materials, etc. This invoice is due upon receipt.
Miscellaneous charges. Any changes/additional costs will be mutually agreed upon in advance so that there
are no surprises.
Delivery. Free pickup and delivery within a 15-mile radius, otherwise, a transportation fee of $.35 per mile is assessed.
Payments. We accept payments in the form of business checks, personal checks, cashier’s checks and money orders. We also accept major credit cards using Paypal.
Returned Checks. There is a $25 charge for any returned check.
